First Office Visit for Acupuncture (New Patient)

It is recommended to leave your main symptoms or purpose in Appointment Notes. 3. For insurance covered patients who need to ensure your eligibility and referrals requirements, please provide the following information in Appointment Notes: your full name, date of birth, insurance company, and ID# on your insurance card. We will let you know your insurance eligibility before your appointment. 4. The treatment time may be variable based on your symptoms. For new patients, it may take 45-70 mins. 5. If you have any preferred time but it’s not available now, you can leave it in Appointment Notes. We will let you know when someone is rescheduling. 6. New patients for acupuncture are recommended to arrive 15 mins prior your appointment to fill in required forms.

Follow-up Visit for Acupuncture

This is a follow-up treatment, and the treatment time may be various based on your symptoms. It may take 35-60 mins. 3. If you have any preferred time but it’s not available now, you can leave it in Appointment Notes. We will let you know when someone is rescheduling.

Therapeutic Massage, 15-60 Minutes with doctor’s diagnosis

1. If you can’t find the time you prefer or you need treatment sooner, please call or text our office for assistances, Tel: 949-472-6391. 2. Therapeutic massage is serviced by Dr. Hsiao, 15 minutes per session. Dr. Hsiao will see his schedule and your symptoms to decide how many sessions will apply. If you also need acupuncture treatment, please leave your inquiries in Appointment Notes as well. 3. If you have any preferred time but it’s not available now, you can leave it in Appointment Notes. We will let you know when someone is rescheduling. 4, New patients for therapeutic massage are recommended to arrive 15 mins prior your appointment to fill in required forms.
